One of the first thing I always do when I want to make sure a website is attracting the most number of leads possible is check it is working.

Occasionally we find that someone hasn't been receiving notifications of leads they have received or leads have been unable to be recorded for simple and avoidable reasons.

Email systems, or CRM's renewals expired
Changes in links, tags, email connection issues
Notifications going to spam

Things to check on your website

1. Make sure all the buttons on your website are working and opening the correct link/ pop up.

2. Submit your details and check to see if you are added to the right part of your email system or CRM

3. Make sure you receive notification of the lead

4. Make sure you receive any automation that is supposed to be triggered by the action

5. Do this for any of your offers/ opt ins/ forms
