In the left sidebar, click on Settings.
Select Phone Numbers from the menu.

GoHighLevel uses Twilio as its phone number provider for SMS and voice capabilities. If you don’t have a Twilio account, you’ll need to create one.
Once you have a Twilio account, you’ll need to connect it to GoHighLevel.

3. Add Your Twilio Account

In the Phone Numbers settings, click on Connect Twilio Account.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. You can find these in your Twilio console:
- Log in to your Twilio account.
- Go to the Dashboard to find your Account SID and Auth Token.
Enter these details into GoHighLevel and click Save to connect your Twilio account.

4. Purchase and Configure Phone Numbers

Once your Twilio account is connected, you can purchase phone numbers directly through Twilio or use existing numbers.
To purchase a new number:
- Go to your Twilio dashboard and navigate to Phone Numbers.
- Click on Buy a Number and select the desired area code or number type.
After purchasing a number, return to GoHighLevel and click Add Phone Number.
- Enter the phone number you purchased and assign it to your account.
- Configure settings such as SMS and call forwarding options if needed.

5. Assign Phone Numbers to Users or Funnels

In GoHighLevel, you can assign phone numbers to specific users or funnels.
To do this, go to the Phone Numbers section and select the number you want to assign.
Choose the Assign option and select the user or funnel you want to associate the number with.
