Ideally we aim for a page load speed of under 3 seconds, this is important so that visitors are able to load your website quickly and remain interested. Occasionally the grades don't tally with the actual performance of the website.
5. Uptime Monitoring
Tracks your website's availability to ensure it remains online. Any periods of downtime are recorded, and alerts are sent to address issues quickly.
Short periods of downtime are very normal. Occasionally during software or server updates your website may show as down for a few minutes. This is usually just because the software can not run fully while the update is being made.
