Clear and timely feedback helps us stay on track and ensures we’re building something that truly represents your brand and vision.
Your Feedback Options
You can choose whichever method(s) works best for you, they all help us understand your preferences:
Option 1: Comment Directly in the Document
- Use Google comments to suggest edits or ask questions.
- You can create a Google document
- Be as specific as possible. (e.g., “Can we use a warmer tone here?”)
Option 2: Record a Loom Video
- Walk us through your thoughts by screen recording with your voice.
- Show us what you love or what you’d like to adjust.

How to Give Great Feedback
Be Honest, Even If You’re Not Sure How to Say It
If something doesn’t feel right, tell us! You don’t need the “perfect words.”
Tell Us What’s Working Too
Knowing what you love helps us lean in that direction across the site.
Prioritise What Matters Most
Focus your feedback on the messaging, layout, and brand direction, don’t worry about fonts or colours yet (that comes later!).
Offer Alternatives
If something doesn't feel right and you have a better suggestion. Let us know, after all you know your business best
When Should I Send Feedback?
Ideally, please send your feedback within 48 hours so we can keep your project moving and hit your timeline goals.

If you need more time, just let us know we’re happy to work around your schedule where possible.
What Happens After Feedback?
Once we receive your input:
We'll review and make any necessary adjustments
If everything looks great, we’ll move straight into the Build Phase!
