Website Hosting
Even though your website is on the internet, it still needs a secure and reliable home. We provide fast, purpose-built hosting that ensures your site is always available to visitors.

If you choose to manage your own hosting, you'll be responsible for finding a new provider. We've found that companies offering cPanel hosting are the most versatile. We recommend HostGator for their reliable and affordable shared or WordPress hosting plans.

HOSTING

Design & Functionality
Your website’s design and lead generation features are built using premium software from Thrive Themes. Our packages include a premium license that gives you access to the latest updates and advanced functionality.

When your website is removed from our service, you will lose access to our license. The software will continue to function, but you will not receive regular updates. This can lead to long-term security and functionality issues. If you wish to continue using this software confidently, you can purchase a license from Thrive Themes directly.

Form Builder
We use Gravity Forms to build the advanced forms on your website. This premium plugin offers far more functionality than free alternatives, and our packages cover its license.

When you cancel, we will remove our license from your website. While the plugin will continue to work, you'll be unable to receive future updates. This is a serious long-term security concern. If you wish to continue using Gravity Forms, you can purchase a license directly from them.

Security
Your website is a valuable asset, but it can be vulnerable to hackers and malware. As part of our service, we use a combination of proactive strategies to protect it.

We use Solid Security Pro, a premium plugin, and the popular free plugin Wordfence, to monitor, scan, and protect your website from a wide range of threats, including brute-force login attacks. You will now be responsible for this essential, around-the-clock protection on your own.

Backups
Regular, reliable backups are a critical safety net for your website. Our service includes an automated backup solution using the premium BackupBuddy plugin.

To ensure your data is always safe, we back up your website to a third-party cloud server like Amazon S3 or Dropbox, protecting your data even if something happens to the main server. You will now be responsible for creating and storing these backups to avoid permanent website data loss.

We recommend the Backupbuddy plugin. This is a premium plugin you can see more details here.

Dedicated Emails
Your email service and dedicated inbox for your domain are included with our package. By cancelling, you will lose access to this service, which means you may not be able to send or receive emails from your domain.

To avoid any interruption to your business, we strongly recommend that you:

  1. Set up an alternative email solution with a new provider (either with your domain registrar or your new hosting company).
  2. Back up any important emails to avoid losing communication with your customers.
  3. We can assist with transferring your existing emails to your new server if you need help.

Process for moving your site

As part of our service, we may be providing email hosting and a dedicated inbox for your domain. By cancelling, you will lose access to this service, which means you may not be able to send or receive emails from your domain. We recommend you arrange an alternative email solution and back up any important emails to avoid losing access and communication with your customers.
I confirm that I understand I will no longer have access to the Accelerate support team for website edits, new page creation, and funnel development.*
Our care and support package includes unlimited access to our expert team for all website edits, new pages, and funnels. You will now be responsible for resolving any design, styling, or functionality issues yourself and will no longer have this professional resource for growing your website.
I confirm that I understand that without the Accelerate package, I will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing all premium software licenses for my website.*
Our service includes the cost and management of premium software licences, such as those for Thrive Themes and Gravity Forms. While the software will continue to function after you cancel, you will have to register and pay for these licenses yourself to receive future updates, support, and security patches.
I confirm that I am aware I will need to personally manage my website’s security, including monitoring for threats and responding to any security breaches.*
Our proactive security measures, which include premium security software, are designed to protect your site from a wide range of threats. We actively block brute-force login attacks, prevent malware infections, and constantly monitor for other hacker attempts. You will now be responsible for this essential, around-the-clock protection on your own.
I confirm I am aware that I will now be solely responsible for managing my website’s backups.*
Our service includes a reliable backup system that protects your website data from being lost due to a server crash, a technical error, or a security breach. You will now be responsible for creating and storing these backups to avoid permanent data loss.
I confirm that I understand I will be responsible for hosting and managing all video files used on my website after cancellation.*
As part of our service, we may currently host video content displayed on your website. By cancelling, any videos hosted through our systems may stop working unless you arrange alternative video hosting. We can provide you with copies of your video files upon request, but you will be responsible for uploading, hosting, optimising, and managing them going forward to ensure they remain accessible and perform correctly on your website.
